About
I’ve been in hospitality since I was 16 years old.
Three decades later, I’ve learned that great hospitality is about much more than making a plan or pulling off an event. It’s about paying attention. Thinking ahead. Solving the problems nobody else sees. Creating experiences that make people feel welcome, cared for and excited to be there.
My career has taken me through event planning, weddings, hospitality, destination management, guest experience and large-scale events. Along the way, I’ve managed everything from intimate gatherings to events with budgets approaching $500,000, and I’ve spent years learning what makes an experience work both behind the scenes and in front of the guest.
HostWell is the natural next chapter.
After decades of hosting, planning and creating experiences for other people, I’m bringing all of that experience together to help businesses, brands, retreat leaders, venues and organizations host well.
